Together with the Online Terms of Service and Policy Handbook this Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.jillylondon.com (the “Site”).

SECTION 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

SECTION 2 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your data will only be used for purposes of Jilly London LLC. It will never be shared without your consent and will never be sold.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our clients browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Our Website may also use a technology called “tracer tags” or “Web Beacons”. This technology allows us to understand which pages you visit on our Website. These tracer tags are used to help us optimize and tailor our Website for you and other future visitors to our Website. 

SECTION 4 - PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR RESERVATION BOOKINGS

We allow third-party service providers (e.g. OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, event websites, museum websites, etc.), agents, mandataries, consultants, data processors and other third-party service providers (including affiliates) access to some of your personal information if necessary to allow these entities to provide services on your behalf. 

For example, we may use service providers to send email or other communications, host our website. Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes. Our service providers maintain or process personal information in Canada, the US, EU and other jurisdictions.

For Jilly London clients who have purchased a Diamond Plan:

To book reservations, the client must fill out a Credit Card Authorization form via Jotform which will provide consent for securing reservations. Your personal information is kept for 90 days on Jotform. The form can be found here: https://eu.jotform.com/build/232763468842062

Reservation bookings will be made with the client’s email address and personal details (e.g. credit card details, number of people in the reservation) and any other personal information needed by the third-party service provider. 

The main details of the booking (address, time, number of tickets/places, date) will also be included in the itinerary Google Document shared with the client.

SECTION 5 - PERSONAL DATA WITH OTHER THIRD PARTIES

Our Website may contain links to other sites that we do not own or operate. We provide links to third party websites as a convenience to the user. 

These links are not intended as an endorsement of or referral to the linked websites. The linked websites have separate and independent privacy statements, notices and terms of use, which we recommend you read carefully. 

We do not have any control over such websites, and therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the manner in which the organizations that operate such linked websites may collect, use or disclose, secure and otherwise treat your personal information. 

We utilize Instagram and TikTok features on our Shopify website to enhance your experience and provide you with valuable content. By using these features, we may collect and share certain data with Instagram and TikTok.

We may use Instagram and TikTok for marketing and advertising purposes, such as creating targeted ads or measuring the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Your interactions with our advertisements on these platforms may be tracked and analyzed to optimize our advertising strategy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection, sharing, and use of data as described above. Please be aware that your interactions with Instagram and TikTok are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Privacy Policy by posting updates and changes to our website.
